My name is Sheila T and I have been coming to Tom Wood for car service for several years.  More specifically, after my Father went home to be with the Lord in February 2006, I eventually returned my Mercedes CLK to World Wide Motors and began  proudly driving Daddy's 2000 S 4.0.  Since that time both Joe Lopicolo (who I miss since he is no longer there) and Dan Klinger have taken excellent care of me and my car, during my bi-annual service visits and those unexpected drop-ins, after the default indicator comes on.

Due to my profession as a Ph.D. in  Clinical Psychology and my upbringing, my mind is more analytical than mechanical.   Dan is always accommodating of my numerous questions and explains the needed repairs in a concise and professional manner.  After the last visit, he  and a Tom Wood mechanic even showed me the exact work that was done under the hood.

Matt Benn, my Service Representative, always takes time to explain everything to me in detail. He is very patient with me and he remembers me. He answers all of my questions, no matter how minute and he refers me to other representatives when my question is not his area of expertise. Then the other referrals answer my questions.
