 "City Safety" is a unique feature that is currently and exclusively offered on the 2010 Volvo XC60. It helps avoid or reduce damage due in low speed impacts, which account for up to 75% of reported accidents. City Safety automatically engages the brakes between 2 and 19 mph and when objects similar in size and shape to a vehicle are detected within 18 feet of the front bumper.
